We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference call. I hit *0 and an operator came on the line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute their conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference call there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for all conference calls. And its easy. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference call, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my line I can by pressing *6 again.
