If your having a conference call using Eagle Teleconferencing as your provider, and you would like to know how many people are listening in on your call, you simply push *8 on your phone and it will tell you the amount of people at anytime during your call. You do not have to worry about disturbing the call. Call count (*8), will take you out of the conference to tell you the amount of people so not everone on the call can hear. After you get the information you need the system places you directly back onto your conference and you dont miss a thing.

We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference line. I hit *O and an operator came on the conference line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call!
