Know how many people are on your call

I just love with Eagle Teleconferencing we are able to know how many people are on our conference call right then. It is very exciting that when you hit the *8 the automated voice comes on and tells you that you have 200 or 300 or more people on your call. It is so fun.

Eagle Teleconferencing is open 24-7 even holidays so if I decide at 1:30 am that I need a conference call I can call Eagle Teleconferencing and set up a conference call right away! This is great!

Out of the Office Conference Calls

I was recently visiting my grandchildren across country & got a call from my office manager. I was needed for an important transaction. I just called Eagle teleconferencing and set up a conference call and got on the conference call immediately. The matter was settled within minutes. Didn't have to cut my visit short. Yeah!

*0 for HELP!

We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference call. I hit *0 and an operator came on the line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! *6 to Mute Your Line

On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute their conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference call there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for all conference calls. And its easy. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference call, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my line I can by pressing *6 again.

Conference calls can be completely secured by you! When talking to the reservationist at Eagle Teleconference tell them that you would like security on your conference calls! This keeps anyone and everyone from coming onto your conference calls after the conference calls have started! Its great for those really private conference calls!
