I am a doctor and had a patient with a very rare disease that I have no experience in. So i got online and searched for fellow doctors who had worked with this disease before and needed away to speak with them all together and get their advice and guidence to give my patient the best care possible. Eagle Teleconferencing help. I called in to make an account. It was simple, they make it very easy to use their system. I had to call in and reserve lines for the times that i needed and they quickly sent me a confirmation with the pin numbers. I sent those pin numbers out to the other members of the call. We all just called in at the reserved time and everything went well. It as easy as that!!! I found out lots of helpful information and i know use Eagle and web conferencing on a regular basis.
