In my business, we have several occasions in which we use conference calls, and Eagle Teleconferencing has a recording service so we can have our conference calls recorded to keep them on record for a very small fee. Its virtually hassle free. You simply fax or email in a record/playback form filled in with a few answers to the basic questions and they take care of the rest.
