I have been on alot of conferencing call where there has been quit a bit of back ground noise and nothing could be done about it. Tonight I was on a conference call through Eagle Teleconferencing, someone on the call started pushing buttons. We could not here the speaker. Then another person got off the line called Eagle and within seconds the noise was gone. I just could not believe some one was there to help. It was great.
EAGLE CONFERENCING HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME & I THINK I'M ONE OF THEIR FIRST ACCOUNT HOLDERS. IF IT WASN'T A GREAT SERVICE, I WOULDN'T STILL BE WITH THEM. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER SERVICES OUT THERE, BUT NONE HAVE THE GOOD QUALITY FOR RECORDING CONFERENCE CALLS. I HAVE A CALL ONE EVENING & THE CD IS MADE THE NEXT DAY & SENT DIRECTLY OUT. IN A DAY OR TWO, I CAN REVIEW MY CALL & MAKE NOTES FOR THE NEXT CONFERENCE CALL.
I have recently signed up to use Eagle Teleconferencing services. I was a little leery at first because I had used the same conferencing service for years, but when Eagle sent me a list of their rates and options, there was no way i could refuse. Eagle Teleconferencing has cut my conference call price in half!! I will never switch to another company.
On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute their conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference call there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for all conference calls. And its easy. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference call, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my line I can by pressing *6 again.
We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference call. I hit *0 and an operator came on the line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!
Setting up a teleconference would require first and foremost a person that would be in charge of the conference call. It is this person’s responsibility to call or email each participant and establish the specific time for the conference call. This will be the same person that will make the necessary calls to assemble the group and establish the reservation with pin numbers and call in numbers to be used by each participant. It should be kept in mind that a large number of people may be difficult to manage in a single teleconference, but Eagle Teleconferencing system is step up for the challenge!
I was on a huge conference call last night and there was a lot of noise. The moderators of the conference call kept saying to hit *6 on your phone to mute your line. This is a great idea for conference calls. I think on my next conference call I will have to try this. I know there is an option to mute the whole conference call but I think the moderators wanted to keep the whole conference call open. Moderators can hit *5 to mute out the whole conference call and then they can speak without any noise. I do like this feature also but to keep an open conference call *6 sounds good. I am going to try this on my conference call tonight
