Organizing Teleconferencing

Setting up a teleconference would require first and foremost a person that would be in charge of the conference call. It is this person’s responsibility to call or email each participant and establish the specific time for the conference call. This will be the same person that will make the necessary calls to assemble the group and establish the reservation with pin numbers and call in numbers to be used by each participant. You can even give participants forewarning of your punctuality in the email invite to the call: tell them “the conference call is scheduled for 8 pm and begins promptly at 8:02.” Then keep your word.

Transcription

We requested a transcription of a conference call from Eagle Teleconferencing. Everything that is said in the conference call is typed word for word. We use this on our conference calls so we can keep track of topics on our meetings. It is also a good idea in case someone happens to miss the conference call meeting. We give out copies of transcript of the conference call to the people that missed the conference call meeting and they don't miss a thing! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!

Entry & Exit Tones

We started using entry & exit tones on all our conference calls. This lets us know when someone enters our conference calls. There will be a beep when someone joins the conference call and then when someone exits the conference call it will beep 2 times for exit. Great feature for conference calls!

Security on Calls

Conference calls can be completely secured by you! When talking to the reservationist at Eagle Teleconference I told them that I would like to have security on our conference calls. This keeps anyone from coming onto your conference calls after the conference calls have started! Its great for those really private conference calls!

Eagle Call Count

I just love having an account with Eagle Teleconferencing. The conference account has a features that if you are the moderator you are able at any time during the conference call to press *8 and it will tell you how many participants are on your call. This is a feature as a moderator, by pressing *8 tells you an accurate count on the conference calls.

Pressing *0 for Help

We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference line. I hit *O and an operator came on the conference line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! I have been on alot of conferencing call where there has been quit a bit of back ground noise and nothing could be done about it. This is also a great feature we use on our conference calls. It's great when there are alot of people on the conference call and if you are the moderator you can hit *5 on your phone. It mutes out the whole call except for the moderators on the conference call. Then if you want to talk to the participants you would just hit *5 again and it takes it out of lecture mode. Then everyone can talk on the conference call.

Just finished a recorded conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing. I must say it was the best conference call I have ever had. Secure Conference Calls

Eagle Teleconferencing has a great feature for conference calls and that is security mode. All I have to do while in my conference call is press *7 and my conference call is in security mode but you must make sure that when you reserve your conference calls that that feature is turned ON. What a great feature for conference calls for those private meetings! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!

Call count

While on a conference call I recently just found out that I can know how many people are on my conference call! All I have to do is call in under the moderator pin and press * 8 once the call has started. It then will tell me and only me how many people are on the call! It is great. Conference Call

I am a Mary Kay sells representative, and I LOVE Eagle teleconferencing! I use them for all my conference call needs. I currently have purchased a voicemail box where I can put a message on the line about our products, and then my customers can call in and listen to the new specials going on. It is great. After they listen to the call then they can leave me a message and order there products right then!!

I also use Eagle teleconferencing for my live conference call line. I do conference calls with people who are interested in becoming a sales rep! I totally recommend Eagle Teleconferencing for all your conference call needs, look them up!

I was recently on a conference call as a participant and it was a wonderful experience. All I had to do was call into the number that was provided to me and enter a 4-digit pin number, it was simple!! I have called Eagle Teleconferencing and set up an account for my small business, and plan to use it for advertisement and sell my products!!! Web Conferencing

I am a college professor, and I have recently had a hearing impaired student join my class. So we have been doing a lot of our class discussions on a web conferencing account that our school set up with Eagle Teleconferencing. Fast scheduling

I scheduled a last minute conference call meeting. All of our employees were in different areas and were not able to attend the meeting in person so I called Eagle Teleconferencing and was able to schedule a conference call asap. Great Quality

I had a conference line with Eagle Teleconferencing last night and it was great. I really liked how easy it was to use. The conference call line was clear and very easy to hear everyone. We had the callers muted and then opened for a little question and answer session. This went very smoothly. When it comes to audio conferencing Eagle blows the other companies out of the water!

Recoded calls

I am so excited that with Eagle Teleconferencing I can record any call at any time. All I have to do is let them know which conference line I am wanting to record and it's done. It is so easy to use their audio conferencing. I really enjoy the convenience goes with Eagle Teleconferencing.
