Could Have Been Embarrassing
Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing! Eagle Teleconferencing saved me from an embarrassing situation. I have a conference call set up at a certain time with 2 pin numbers. I had the conference line at a certain time, but needed it one hour earlier. I called Eagle Teleconferencing and made my change. Well, I had forgotten I made the change, I panicked called Eagle Teleconferencing to find out what had happened to my call. Eagle Teleconferencing politely informed me of my change! I immediately remembered what I had done on my conference call line!

Recently some of our conference calls were having problems with people calling in and trying to sabotage our conference calls but with the help of Eagle Teleconferencing the problem was solved right away! They changed our pin numbers on our conference calls for us and since then we haven't had any problems! Eagle Teleconferencing also added the Security Feature to all of our conference calls in case we needed it. Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing for such great conference call service!
