Eagle Teleconferencing has a great feature for conference calls that my company uses sometimes for our conference calls. They call it a dial out. It is very easy! I don't have to do anything but sit by the phone and wait for them to call me, and then they place me into the conference call with the other clients. We really enjoy using this feature on conference calls!
