I have recently opened an account with Eagle conferencing. I have to say that I had to call them several times to make sure I understood the features. Everyone has been so helpful & nice. They are there 24/7 & can walk me right thru the process over the phone. I feel like I know them personally! The web conferencing is something I want to look into when I get my conference lines organized. A great place to do business with!
