I have attended several conference calls where there was a lot of background noise which can be very annoying & you can't quite hear all you want to. I now have my own account & have reviewed some of the features for a speaker. I didn't realize there is a feature that a speaker can use to block out the noise. Put the call in lecture mode! That's all it takes! When I want tp hear anyone's comments, I can open the call up! Thanks Eagle!

Talk about cutting it close! My boss gave me a deadline to have presentation done via audio conference. I found out that a company I was interested in was having a seminar through a conference call. I was excited to know that I would have the chance to use Eagle and its services. I am with a very large medical firm that has numerous accounts with Eagle. Often we host Q & A calls where an operator is on our call at all times to assist with directions on how to ask questions & announce when there is a new question to be asked. Many doctors, nurses, & medical personnel & even patients attend these calls for information. We can be on the web viewing slides & in our call at the same time. Very helpful to see what is being explained! Today I had a call scheduled. I was planning on having close to a thousand people on my call, but by my mistake, when I sent out the email with the dial in number and the pin numbers on it. Just had a conference call recorded and I'm glad I did. Several of my employees were not able to attend the conference call meeting. My grandmother has been very sick and we have family all over the states, it is very hard to up date everyone on grandmothers condition. I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

I just set up a new account with Eagle Teleconferencing. I have a conference call that is set up 24/7 so I never have to call and set up a new call. I always have a line any time I need it. I also got an IP address. So as the moderator of the call I can log onto the Internet and I am able to see all the lines that have called into my call. It also gives me control to mute and record the call myself. Also, if there is a line causing troubles I can find that person and hang them up or mute just there line myself. Another great benefit over other companies is that they have an operator there 24/7 to take any questions that I might have

Our company recently started using started using Eagle Teleconferecing for all our conferece calls because they have a great 24 hour service. Some one is in there office at all times. So if I decide at 1:30 am that I need a conference call I can call in and get it set up! This is great. They are open on holidays too!
My grandfather is very sick and we have family all over it is very hard to up date everyone on granfathers condition. And if we need to have a pin number changed a few hours before the call then they will also do that for us as well. When the company that I'm working for decided they wanted to do something different about the way they were conducting meetings and siminars someone suggested Eagle Teleconferencing. I was in the middle of hosting an important call to all our new employees the other day, which was our first ever teleconference call, and there was alot of disruptive backround noises.
