I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference call there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for all conference calls. And its easy. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

Conference calls can be completely secured by you! When talking to the reservationist at Eagle Teleconference tell them that you would like security on your conference calls! This keeps anyone and everyone from coming on to your conference calls after the conference calls have started! All you have to do is press*7 and your conference call is in security mode. Then to take it out of security mode press *7 again. It's great for all those really private conference calls!
