I had my first conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing last night and it went great. I called in to their reservations department to get my line and they got me all of the information very fast. All I had to do was get my confirmation and let my callers know the details. It was so easy! The quality of the call was great and there weren't any problems at all. I know I will continue to use their service!
