Talk about cutting it close! My boss gave me a deadline to have presentation done via audio conference. At the last minute he decides he wants the conference call recorded to post it so others who are not able to attend can listen at a later time. I was panicked and didn't know how I was going to get this done. That's when I remembered I had Eagle Teleconferencing! I just called into their 24/7 reservations department and told them what I needed. They just faxed me the recording form and I filled it out and faxed it back. That was it! My boss was very pleased to see that I could pull through with the task. I was pleased I had Eagle as my conferencing provider! Without Eagle I would most likely be in the mail room!
