Our company holds a huge conference call every week and as the moderator of the call *5 has saved all of those conference calls. All I have to do is hit *5 and it mutes out all other participants that way I can talk without any disruptions. Then if I ask questions I can hit *5 again and it opens up the conference call so people can answer! What a great feature!
