I held a conference call last night and about half way through the call, some people who had gotten ahold of my pin number got onto my call and causing disturbances. I immediately had my assistant call the 24/7 line at Eagle Teleconferencing to see if there was anything they could do to fix. They asked me for my dial in number, and caller pin number and it was a a simple as that, their well trained staff immediately gets onto your call and corrects the problem. Easy as 1, 2, 3.
