We use this on our conference calls so we can keep track of topics on our meetings. It is also a good idea in case someone happens to miss the conference call meeting. I recently attended a seminar over the phone. It was a conference call that was set up by Eagle Teleconferencing, I didn't even relize that these types of calls existed. It was very easy too. There where 3 speakers and each one of them did there lecture and after each lecture the call opened up to the listeners to ask questions by just pressing 1 on the phone, so not every person was talking at once. The operator assisted and things went really smooth and where easy to understand.

Setting up a teleconference would require first and foremost a person that would be in charge of the conference call. It is this person’s responsibility to call or email each participant and establish the specific time for the conference call. This will be the same person that will make the necessary calls to assemble the group and establish the reservation with pin numbers and call in numbers to be used by each participant. In the television business, no one stays in one location for very long. Its hard and takes weeks to schedual any kind of conference to get business taken care of or discussed. This is why I am very thankful for conference calls. It can be schedualled last minute, and as long as you know how to get contact with the other members of your party, you can have a conference call at any time of the day, with as many people as you need, from as many locations as you need!!! Even overseas!!

My wife and I are currently remodeling our home and we have talked to a couple of different home interior designers and the most recent one had a very helpful feature. She had an account with Eagle Teleconferencing and she used what was called web conferencing. While on the phone with her she could show us different lay outs and designs on the web. It really made the rooms come to life. This was a great feature for a business woman like her and it made her seem more prepared and professional that the other designers we looked at.
I was in the middle of hosting an important call to all our new employees the other day, which was our first ever teleconference call, and there was alot of disruptive backround noises. I didn't want to mute the call but I didn't know how to get the noises to stop. I called the staff at Eagle teleconferencing and explained my situation. They told me that they would take care of it and that I could get back into the call. And a few seconds later the line that was causing all the static and noise was hung up. The rest of the call was watched by an operator to make sure this problem didn't happen again. Our company has several conference call lines with Eagle Teleconferencing. I am a speaker on all of those conference call lines. I do recommend if you are a speaker or moderator that you use lecture mode. This is great for noisy conference calls. All you do is press *5 on your phone and this mutes all the participants in the conference call. This is great because you can speak without all that noise but you can only use this feature if you are a speaker or moderator. Then to take it out of lecture mode you just press *5 again. You also have to make sure that you use speaker or moderator code when dialing into the conference call line. Great feature for noisy conference calls!

They have really helped me start out in conference calls and also become skilled enough to have several calls a day.
Just had a conference call recorded and I'm glad I did. Several of my employees were not able to attend the conference call meeting. This is also a great feature we use on our conference calls. It's great when there are alot of people on the conference call and if you are the moderator you can hit *5 on your phone. It mutes out the whole call except for the moderators on the conference call. Then if you want to talk to the participants you would just hit *5 again and it takes it out of lecture mode. Then everyone can talk on the conference call.

There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! I know that sometimes when I call into a conference call there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for all conference calls. And its easy. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference call, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my line I can by pressing *6 again.

When all callers using the conferee/caller pin dial in to the conference call they will hear hold music while they are waiting for the moderator to join the conference call. Once the moderator joins the conference call the hold music will stop. This is a great feature for participants dialing into the conference call that way they know that the call hasn't started yet and they don't miss anything on the conference call.
My company had a big convention in Dallas, TX last weekend my group and I live in Ill and did not have the money to attend the convention. We requested a transcription of a conference call from Eagle Teleconferencing. Everything that is said in the conference call is typed word for word. We use this on our conference calls so we can keep track of topics on our meetings. It is also a good idea in case someone happens to miss the conference call meeting. We give out copies of transcript of the conference call to the people that missed the conference call meeting and they don't miss a thing! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!

It is this person’s responsibility to call or email each participant and establish the specific time for the conference call. I am a bankruptcy judge and many times we will hold our court cases telephonically using Eagle Teleconferencing company. They do a terrific job. On a regular telephonic appearance, there is only myself and an representing attorney. In the invitation there was a dial in number and a 4 digit numerical passcode. Sounded simple enough, but anymore nothing is as easy as it seems. Regardless of my skepticism I gave it a shot. It truly was just as simple as it that. Dial in the phone number and a prompt will tell you to put in your passcode followed by the pound sign, there are no other steps, you go directly into the lecture. I learned allot and it was an unforgettable experience! I hope to enjoy it many more times

All I have to do while in my conference call is press *7 and my conference call is in security mode but you must make sure that when you reserve your conference calls that that feature is turned ON. I had a conference line with Eagle Teleconferencing last night and it was great. I really liked how easy it was to use. The conference call line was clear and very easy to hear everyone. We had the callers muted and then opened for a little question and answer session. This went very smoothly. When it comes to audio conferencing Eagle blows the other companies out of the water!

On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute their conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference call there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for all conference calls. And its easy. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference call, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my line I can by pressing *6 again.
Conference calls can be completely secured by you! When talking to the reservationist at Eagle Teleconference tell them that you would like security on your conference calls! This keeps anyone and everyone from coming onto your conference calls after the conference calls have started! Its great for those really private conference calls!

It is very exciting that when you hit the *8 in the conference calls the automated voice comes on and tells you that you have 200 or 300 or more people on your conference call. This is great for my business because we hold conference calls everyday and I feel that when my guest call into on a conference line they shouldn't get charged on their own phone bill. So I think the toll free service is great.
I would strongly suggest to ANYONE to start the new years off by trying something different. It saves a great deal of hassle and inconveniences when you're trying to get everyone together for a conference. I don't have the time to worry about who can show up or who can leave town to come to my siminars. I am 2 months off from my due date and I have been really worried about taking my maternity leave because when I get back I will have a huge pile of things that need done. I'm currently signed up with Eagle Teleconferencing and used one of their conference lines. They had a feature that played music when people called in until the speaker came on the call. Which I found to be very helpful so that people knew they were actually on the conference call.
I recently attended a seminar over the phone. It was a conference call that was set up by Eagle Teleconferencing, I didn't even relize that these types of calls existed. It was very easy too. There where 3 speakers and each one of them did there lecture and after each lecture the call opened up to the listeners to ask questions by just pressing 1 on the phone, so not every person was talking at once. The operator assisted and things went really smooth and where easy to understand.
I felt like this type of conference call was much easier to plan for because I didn't have to plan a trip to be gone, I could just listen in at the office or at home. I will definatly look for more seminars that are done this way. It was great!

Playbacks are another service that eagle offers...It is quite simple...After you have a call recorded you can send in a playback form (on the bottom of a record form) and when your participants call in for the call the operators at Eagle can start the playback at a selected time and they can hear the already recorded call again. it is great and simple.
I just set up a new account with Eagle Teleconferencing. I have a conference call that is set up 24/7, so I never have to call and set up a new conference call. I always have a line any time I need to. As the moderator of the call, I can log onto the internet and I am able to see all the phone lines and phone numbers of callers that call into the conference call. It also gives me controll to mute and record the conference call myself. Also, if there is a line causing a problem, I can find that line and hang them up or mute just there line myself.
