We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference call. I hit *0 and an operator came on the line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! Features of Conference Call
I just set up a new account with Eagle Teleconferencing. I have a conference call that is set up 24/7, so I never have to call and set up a new conference call. I always have a line any time I need to. As the moderator of the call, I can log onto the internet and I am able to see all the phone lines and phone numbers of callers that call into the conference call. It also gives me controll to mute and record the conference call myself. Also, if there is a line causing a problem, I can find that line and hang them up or mute just there line myself.

Emails
Eagle can email you confirmation for your call. It is really a great feature because you will always have a record of the caller pin numbers and the dial in numbers. They also put your account number on top so it is easy to remember if you misplace it. It is so handy because we can now check our email on a cell phone so you always have access to your conference call!
Playbacks
Playbacks are another service that eagle offers...It is quite simple...After you have a call recorded you can send in a playback form (on the bottom of a record form) and when your participants call in for the call the operators at Eagle can start the playback at a selected time and they can hear the already recorded call again. it is great and simple.
Recordings
Have you ever gotten off a conference call and wished that it had been recorded? With Eagle it can be! You need to ask Eagle to send you a record form and you have to fill it out and send it in just 24 hours before the call. Eagle takes it from there. They record the call and then you can choose to have the call sent to you in a variety of ways!

I was recently visiting my grandchildren across country & got a call from my office manager. I was needed for an important transaction. I just called Eagle teleconferencing and set up a conference call and got on the conference call immediately. The matter was settled within minutes. Didn't have to cut my visit short. Yeah!
Mute
I was the moderator of a call and we were doing some questions and answers and there was one person in the background that was making a lot of noise and was disrupting the call. We called eagle and they took care of it. They were able to get into the call and mute the line that was making all the noise.

I was in a hurry to get a call set up and I called the reservations department in a hurry to get some lines open for my call. I requested pin numbers and a dial in number and I thought I was going to have to wait at least 20 minutes to get my confirmation but the friendly ladies in reservations offered to let me hold on the line while she opened the lines. It was not even 3 minutes later and she was back and the line was open. We had the call and everything went as planned thanks to Eagle...And no one even noticed that I forgot to set it up until right before the call...
Email reservations
Did you know that you can send your reservations in via e-mail? You can still call reservations and get it set up that way but you can also send it in by email all you have to do is send in the information and your account number and reservations will get it set up for you and email you back to confirm...isn't that Easy!
Call Security
As a moderator of a call you can choose to have the security feature turned on and it is a big help. When you are in the call and all the participants are in the call as well you can push a * key and it will put the call on security so no one else can get into the call. It can be a big help for you as a moderator

I run a new internet company that is on the rise and we held a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing to promote the business. The prices were low and the service was friendly. While we were holding the call someone had fallen asleep on the line and was snoring very loudly. I called in and ask for help. The operator got on the call to find and mute the line with the noise. Eagle Teleconferencing has a great function for your calls. If you are a listener on a conference call and have a lot of back ground noise, you can push *6 on your phone and you will must yourself. If anytime in the call you have a question or a comment, you may push *6 again to allow yourself to be heard.

WWWWeekly Calls
I was scheduling several calls at a time and they were all always at the same time and on Wednesdays. After talking to the reservations department we decided it would be best if I set up a weekly call so that I would always have the call and the same dial in and pin numbers! it is great and I dont have to schedule calls a month at a time....It is a real time saver.
Playback!!
Also when you have a call recorded all you have to do is call in again and schedule up a call with the reservations department. You send in the recording/playback form and select when you want the call to be played back....other people can call in and listen to the call again. It is great when you are doing a seminar!
Recordings
I have been having calls with eagle for quite some time now but I did not know that they could be recorded. It is a simple process...you send in a recording/playback form. You also have a regular call scheduled and that is it. You go on your call as normal. After the call Eagle will send you the recording of your call on a CD or as a MP3 link or several other ways that you can choose. It is great then you always have a record of the call and can listen to it!

I wanted to know how many people were on our conference call so I called Eagle Teleconferencing and asked if there was a way that I could know how many people were on my conference call and they told me while in the conference call that I can press *8 on my phone and it will tell me how many people is on my conference call. Now how easy is that! I use this feature every time now when I dial into my conference calls. What a great feature for conference calls!
I must say Eagle Teleconferencing has the best hassle free conference call service that I have ever had to deal with. You can set up Weekly, Daily, Monthly conference calls, and even 24/7 which is great because you don't have to keep calling reservations to schedule. They are scheduled until you decide to make changes or to cancel them. I do occasionally schedule one time conference calls which only take a few minutes to get confirmation that they are scheduled. We call into conference calls every day so that we can go over business. We sometimes have the conference calls recorded and web link sent to us. I Officially love Eagle
Eagle Saved the day! I was suppose to have a call recorded this past week and I forgot to send in the recording form! I was devastated thinking I couldn't play back my call....I called into Eagle and they helped me out and set the call to be recorded and I immediately sent in the record form and the day was saved!

You may wonder how a person can stick with a company for so many years but it is because I am use to the company and they keep up on the services and they are competitive. They're rates are always fair and they are the only service for me.
Moderator Line
I was not sure about conference calls but I have started doing them and really like them. I only use to have a caller pin code and it was the numbers that everyone on the call would put in. I recently learned about the moderator feature and I really like that. I am able to schedule a call and have separate pin codes for me (the moderator) and the participants. With that I am able to use moderator features and I can be in charge of the call.

I had the best call this past afternoon with Eagle. It was easy to get onto and the recording was clear, short, and sweet. All I had to do was put in my pin number and press the pound key and I was on my call. It was so easy and simple and I am a new customer to Eagle and I am planning on keeping ALL my calls with Eagle because it was the best and the easiest conference call that I have been on in a very long time.
Eagle has helped me through a tough time. I was needing conference calls on a daily basis and I was wanting them set up as weekly calls. I set up several weekly calls and I was able to use the same dial in numbers and pin numbers and it helped me out because I was needing these calls as soon as possible.

Our company uses Eagle Teleconferencing for all our conferece calls because they have a great 24 hour service. Eagle Teleconferencing is open 24-7 even holidays so if I decide at 1:30 am that I need a conference call I can call Eagle Teleconferencing and set up a conference call right away! This is great!

Eagle calls have done it again! I was suppose to schedule a call for my boss and some of her co-workers to have a call today at 3:00 pm EST I realized at 2:00 pm that I still had not set up the call but as far as my boss knew it was set up and ready to go. I called Eagle and quickly set up the call and they helped me through it. The call was set up quickly and correctly and I received the pin numbers and dial in numbers over the phone so I didn't have to wait for a e-mail or fax...They saved the day!

Tones
We starting using entry & exit tones on all our conference calls. This lets us know if someone is joining the conference call. It will beep when someone joins the conference call and then when someone exits the conference call it will also beep. Great feature for conference calls!

On Eagle Teleconference's conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute their conference lines. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference call there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for all conference calls and it's easy. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference calls, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my line I can by pressing *6 again. Conference calls are a great way to save time and money. Our company uses Eagle Teleconferencing for their conference call services. Our company has several conference calls that we use daily for our meetings. While I was on the phone with Eagle Teleconferencing setting it up I was able to email them the record form that was needed to get the call recorded. It was so quick and easy. Good Work!
I am impressed by eagle. I have been wanting to schedule a call with them for several days but it has been sitting on my desk and I have not been able to get to it. I waited until about an hour before I was suppose to be on the call and franticly called eagle. They were very calm and helpful and got the call set up in plenty of time and the day was saved!

Eagle is AMAZING
I have just recently began using eagles services and I am more than happy with them. I was confused at first but their patient associates explained the whole process to me and I was able to set up an account and schedule a call all in the same day. I recently had a call and I accidentally sent my assistant the wrong information. It ended up sending all my participants over 500 people the wrong numbers and Eagle took care of me! They made it so all my people could get in to the call and on time! The call was saved and so was my company!
