I run a new internet company that is on the rise and we held a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing to promote the business. The prices were low and the service was friendly. While we were holding the call someone had fallen asleep on the line and was snoring very loudly. I called in and ask for help. The operator got on the call to find and mute the line with the noise. Everything after that went smoothly.
