I was scheduling several calls at a time and they were all always at the same time and on Wednesdays. After talking to the reservations department we decided it would be best if I set up a weekly call so that I would always have the call and the same dial in and pin numbers! it is great and I dont have to schedule calls a month at a time....It is a real time saver.
