I had a very important conference call with hundreds of listeners. I made the mistake of emailing EVERYONE the wrong caller pin number!!!!!! I called in almost in tears asking the late night operators for help knowing i would get fired for such a HUGE mistake. The operators calmed me and assured me that they would take care of my problem. They went the extra mile to answer everyone of the callers and give them the correct pin number. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Eagle!! You saved my job!!
