I was not sure about conference calls but I have started doing them and really like them. I only use to have a caller pin code and it was the numbers that everyone on the call would put in. I recently learned about the moderator feature and I really like that. I am able to schedule a call and have separate pin codes for me (the moderator) and the participants. With that I am able to use moderator features and I can be in charge of the call.
