I find when using a conference call being able to mute all of the participants is very handy. With Eagle Teleconferencing I can do this with no problems at all. I can have as many speakers on my host line as I want and still mute out everyone else. This is a great feature to have when you have people who are calling from their homes. I love that I can cut out any background noises with just a press of a button.
