Q and A feature

Eagle Teleconferencing offered our company a Q and A feature that allows our listeners to press *1 and ask a question with an operators assostance. Its helps us provide more of a service to our customers when we are able to answer there questions.

I have been on a Q & A conference call with Eagle before. I really liked it. It is more organized when people ask questions. Everyone is not just tring to talk all at the same time and you can hear the questions. And the ansewers.

I agree that this is just one of the great conference call features that Eagle Teleconferencing offers.

I've recently been involved in a q&a with Eagle Teleconferencing. It was very organized and most helpful to have an operator there at all times to answer any questions that we may have had.
