Conference calls who knew?

I recently attended a seminar over the phone. It was a conference call that was set up by Eagle Teleconferencing, I didn't even relize that these types of calls existed. It was very easy too. There where 3 speakers and each one of them did there lecture and after each lecture the call opened up to the listeners to ask questions by just pressing 1 on the phone, so not every person was talking at once. The operator assisted and things went really smooth and where easy to understand.

I felt like this type of conference call was much easier to plan for because I didn't have to plan a trip to be gone, I could just listen in at the office or at home. I will definatly look for more seminars that are done this way. It was great!

I'm so thankful that our company decided to do conference calls. This way if I'm unable to leave town or leave my house I can still get the full experience of actually being there by just punching in a few numbers on my phone from my own home. Even without being there you can still get the full effect of the speech thats giving a demonstration of the products we are trying sell.

I have come to find that it is quite hard sometimes working around people's busy schedules. With Audio Podiums you can have your call recorded and then placed on a 24/7 voicemail box. People who were not able to attend the teleconference can then dial in at their own conveince.
