We used Eagle Teleconferencing to record one our conference lines and it was such a great success. Eagle teleconferencing then put the call on a voice mail so other employees in our company who missed the conference call were able to listen in. This is great! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!

This is also a great feature we use on our conference calls. It's great when there are alot of people on the conference call and if you are the moderator you can hit *5 on your phone. It mutes out the whole call except for the moderators on the conference call. Then if you want to talk to the participants you would just hit *5 again and it takes it out of lecture mode. Then everyone can talk on the conference call.
