*0 for help

We recently had a conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and there was a very loud noise on the conference call. I hit *0 and an operator came on the line. I said I need help! There is a very loud noise on the conference line and it's disrupting the conference call! Please get rid of that loud noise and within a few seconds the operator got rid of the line and we were able to get back to our conference call without any disruptions! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!

I am an independent consultant for Mary Kay. I am currently using Eagle Teleconferencing for my audio conferences, and they have be excellent to work with. Their sales department is always friendly to work with, and their customer service reps are very helpful when I have ever experienced a problem, which isn't often. I would highly recommend Eagle for anyone who does audio conferencing.
