When using Eagle Teleconferencing for your conference calls, hitting *4 on your phone will turn the volume level up one notch. This comes in handy often because certain phones can have a lower volume level and you want to be sure that no listeners on your call will miss out on any vital information. If you feel that by doing this the volume level has become to high. Simply push *4 again and the volume will return to the default level. Its so easy!!!
