We were having a very important conference call discussing matters for the growth of our company. This call was set to take place on a date that many of our employees were not going to be able to attend. I called our conferencing service, Eagle Teleconferencing, and asked them if they had any options available for our employees so they would not miss out on any vital information. They explained they could record our calls and have them sent to us on a web link, so we can play it again and again to ensure everyone gets all the information of the matters discussed and no one will be left in the dark.
