I had just gone on vacation and was to be out of the country for 2 weeks. I got a call from my office saying they could not find the information for the conference call i was instructed to book. This was because I had forgotten to do it!! The call was supposed to take place in a half an at 6:00 in the morning and it was now 3 AM. Luckily Eagle Teleconferencing is open 24/7. So i gave them a call the instant. They set it up for my immediately and i sent the email out with the dial in and pin numbers with plenty of time for it to reach everyone that was schedualed to be on the call and i got to enjoy my vacation worry free!!!!
